Marking Writing:
- Upon receiving THE GATE Certificate of Completion (see criteria in the Certificates and Benefits section), you will be entitled to 6 hours of FREE Marking Writing Training. This training will be announced at the end of the course round and will be available for FREE only to candidates who achieve the Certificate of Completion.
Fees will apply to any other candidates who wish to attend the workshop without earning the Certificate of Completion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refunds:
- A full refund will be provided if a participant cancels their enrollment at least 15 days before the course start date.

Partial Refunds:
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
- If you were paying in installments, a cancellation made 15 days before the course starts will give you a 50% refund of the amount paid at that time.

No Refunds:
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
- For those paying in installments, a cancellation made 14 days or less before the course start date will result in no refund.

Course Cancellation by Provider:
- If the course is canceled by the provider for any reason, participants will receive a full refund.

Deferrals:
- Participants may request to defer their enrollment to a later course date if the request is made at least 7 days before the original course start date.
- Deferral requests made less than 7 days before the course start date may incur an administrative fee.

Exceptional Circumstances:
- In cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, bereavement), refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Appropriate documentation may be required.

- Any administrative fees or costs related to course materials that have already been provided will be non-refundable.
